How do you remove the front passenger and drivers seat from a 1996 mk4 polo 6N??

Im trying to fit aftermarket seats into my 1.0l 6n polo but I cant
seem to gets the stock seats out! spent almost 4 hours trying to get
them out but so far no luck.

I was informed on my last service that my rear bushes were on the way out.
The place I used has now closed down for some reason. So I need to find
another specialist. Anyways I was wondering how much I should expect to pay

Radiator hose clips.

The radiator hoses on my 2003 2.0 petrol Passat are held onto the radiator
outlets by steel bands. The bands look like they may have been pressed on
and may be clamped afterwards.
How are you supposed to remove the bands? Pushing them down the pipe is not

VW Transporter clutch pedal travel?

My 1998 window van/bus has very little free play on the clutch pedal
at the moment. I noticed it was like this when I bought it about 11K
miles ago (4 months) but it improved with use. Now it is back up high
again. Is this normal with these 1.9 diesels?

A relative has a 2001 Polo with 20k miles. It has the 1.4 8v engine.
We're unclear whether the cam belt needs to be changed.
The service log book just mentions renewing the belt every 60k miles.
But I've read here and elsewhere that the plastic tensioner is prone
to failure on 16v engines and perhaps the ...

I have a black GTI 2.0 2000 plate vw golf. I have had it through the summer
and the a/c works well on cold but I have noticed now coming to the winter
months that the interior heater will at best only blow out warm air and
