Dent repair advice

Our car suffered a bit of a dent thanks to clipping a handrail at a
supermarket car park (the sort which enclose the trolley bays), and I
would appreciate some advice about how to go about getting it fixed.

Always get a bit jittery when it comes to winter and plumetting
temperatures so looking to change my coolant sooner rather than later.
I have green coolant in there at the moment which I know means diddly
squat as to what it is actually made up of.
Whether it be the standard, erm, MEG (typically green/blue) ...

Broken suspension

Hi,
I have a '51 Vauxhall vectra 2.2 hatchback. The rear passenger side
suspension is broken. I am fairly sure that the bottom of the spring
has broken, where it would attach to the shock absorber (see pictures
linked below, both the broken side and the good side).
What do I need to replace? Just the sprin ...
