Why does mondeo rev on its own when turning full lock?     Thu, 12 Nov 2009 16:54:39 -0800 (PST)
Revs up to about 2000 rpm for a moment and then drops down again. The moment you try to move it shoots up again. Still does it if you move off with a bit of accelerator or none at all. Very difficult at monuvering speeds. ...

Obtaining service schedule     13 Nov 2009 00:40:35 +0000 (GMT)

Clunk when braking turns out to...     Wed, 11 Nov 2009 01:00:17 +0000

Was driving me nuts, I checked the wishbone, tie rod and ends, rear engine mount, gear linkages, etc etc and turns out to be the pads in the carriers not seated properly. The fault was when you reverse brake, CLUNK. But if you reverse, slip into 1 ...
