Hi a friend of mine has built a Fairthorpe Pathfinder. Has anybody
else built one and/or has anybody fitted a hood to this model. Would
welcom comments with regards to the above.

I've had a search of the archives but cant find anything relating to
either the Domino Owners Club, or the company itself, newer than about
2002. A quick search of Yellow Pages for Southampton didn't help
either.

their Preston address, has anybody built one of their kits or have one

Kit Car For A Learner

Does anyone have any suggestions for a kit that could be built by a
motor-mad (builds lawnmower-engined go karts) 16 year old, and insured and
run at a sensible cost when he passes his test?
Obviously it would need to have some credibility, not look like a noddy car.

Weber Carb / Excess Smoke

I own a JBA Falcon kit car which uses a 2.0l Ford Pinto engine (1991
factory refurb, <40k miles) and has a replacement Weber twin-choke carb
fitted. (Ie, not the factory fitted weber with the auto-choke, the after
market kit with manual choke)
Been working fine until it went for an MOT and some work this week ...
