Hello, a person who is considering buying my car asked me who were the
cheapest insurers and if they charge extra to insure LPG converted
cars.
Anyone know?
Im with Zurich on the car now, but they gave him a high quote.

Hello I have a 54 Reg 1.2 8valve fiat punto running on LPG, which I am
selling on Ebay. I have been asked how much power it has on gas
compared to petrol. Can anyone help me answer this. I believe its 60bhp

I have recently brought the interface and connecting lead for my AEB
Leonardo and can not seam to get it to work with the soft ware supplied can

LPGMAP downloads and website updated 28/10

Hi All,
The LPG overlays on the LPGMAP website (www.lpgmap.co.uk) have been updated
today 28th Oct. Along with some new stations, the database has had stations
deleted which we believe no longer exist.
The TomTom download now works with ALL TomTom software.
Also, the 'Find an LPG station' now works with bo ...

I have a 1991 Saab 900 i 16v and was thinking of converting it to
LPG - Can anyone offer any advice about fitting a kit myself? - Im a

I'm trying to work out the CO2 emmissions for my LPG converted vehicle,
but am getting a very high figure .
I think I must be doing something wrong as it is in the region of 4
times the quoted emmissions for a BMW X5 4.8
I have seen figures of a 15% reduction in CO2 emissions so was

Which European country is the cheapest for an LPG conversion as I doubt very
much if it is the UK, Any ideas or expierences of this, I ask because I see
here it will take 3 years for a 4 litre v8 conversion to pay for it's self.
So with depreciation i will have gained nothing at all. Hence the need to

Tanks and fuel gauges

Hi, In my car i have a torroidal tank. I know that fuel in a tank will
slosh about when moving but when my tank is half full to near empty it'll
show anything like all green lights, 2 green or RED.
Are the cylindrical tanks any better or are there any better tanks out there? ...
