[fluff]ish Sharing deities
Sun, 04 May 2008 01:00:30 +0100
Random tired brain thought: it struck me the other day that the sort
of person who has a tendency to pick a god or goddess to follow also
has a tendency to try and go for the less well-known ones. Is this so
they can explain who their god is? What happens if they meet someone
else who has chosen the same deity?

OT silly literary type question thing
Fri, 2 May 2008 00:33:18 +0100
Ok, I know this is a silly question, but what is that term for when the
weather mirrors a character's mood in fiction? Y'know, say a character is
angry and there is a storm raging, or mopey and miserable and it's drizzling
and grey? I know there is a term for it, but google has not been my friend.
Also, do Ame ...

Someone explain to me if this is the forerunner of Newage or the
ultimate in openmindedness from long past?

Also, and in an unrelated manner, if anyone could tell me why my
keyboard smells of biscuits I'd be obliged. There are no biscuits on
it, or ne ...

Please appease the mecha gods
Sun, 27 Apr 2008 23:21:36 +0100
Ok, I realise this probably just shifting my problems into the future (Kinda
like how I asked Eris not to be active in my this time last year, but when
she got back at giftmas I've had double since then), but if anyone is on
nodding aquaintance with the gods of mecha, could they ask them to look
favourably on my c ...

Completely OT: Netto own brand condensed milk.
Sun, 27 Apr 2008 23:01:04 +0100
Or at least, a brand Netto stock called 'Dairy Bell' or something.
I'm told it's not connected with Nestle, and they do condensed milk.
So, I could finally get some condensed milk and make tablet again -
except there's no Nettos here. :-/ Nearest one is about 80 miles away,
so their website tells me.
Anyone ...
