future of anglicanism

I wonder what the future hold for anglicans with the problems over
women bishops and gay priests.
I don't have a theological problem with women bishops although for the
sake of unity I think where culture prohibits it, or it would cause
schism it would be unwise.
The case against gay priests is more clear cut ...
