IE stealing focus - how to prevent it?
Sat, 14 Feb 2009 12:19:10 +0000
I might be a rarity here but I'm perfectly happy with IE7 - except for
one thing. It insists on grabbing focus during page loading while I'm
trying to do something else.
Say I'm reading an email, and choose to click on a hyperlink. Ideally

BBC News slideshow
Sat, 14 Feb 2009 11:18:23 +0000
A little while ago, the BBC started to place embedded slideshows at the
top of some big news pages. They were featured for example in coverage

isn't providing it's own bookmark service properly. I haven't got patience
today to filter through the sh*t.
There was one result which looked like it could d ...

playing mp3 files
Wed, 04 Feb 2009 12:25:15 +0000
I have a number of mp3 files on my band website www.slipperyhill.co.uk
which I'd like to play rather more elegantly. Flash, perhaps? Anyone
know of an easy way to achieve this?
The widget on http://www.vanmorrison.com/ is quite cool but I'd like the
ability to select other tracks.
