Looking for a simple PHP script
Wed, 6 Jun 2007 13:43:15 +0100
I've been using the very straightforward mailit.php script to hand;e form
mail submissions, but for reasons which I don't understands, Microsoft
Exchange refuses to process the incoming mails from the web site. We think
it's because the submission email doesn't have a sender's email address
(it's just blank), ...

form abuse
Wed, 23 May 2007 09:20:15 +0100
I'm getting fed up with script kiddies and other assorted morons abusing
formmail scripts to send stupid spam messages. One idiot is even
regularly spamming a form that has only one input: email address! How
stupid is that? The effing imbecile is using a bot to send me a fake
email address and nothing else!

but I'm new to this running a website stuff.

Domain dispute
21 May 2007 15:43:29 -0700
Just wanted to canvass some advice - apologies if this has been
covered before.
If someone has registered a domain in their own name, rather than for
the company who requested and paid for it, what is the logical next
step in seeking to 'take back' the domain when moving to a new host?

http://hard-rock.org.uk - critique please!

http://hard-rock.org.uk
Simple site for an all-new rock/metal clubnight in Leeds.
Built it in about an hour (including time taken to perfect all the
spiel), got it to validate in just a few minutes.
Purists will dislike the table layout but it works and was quick and
simple to do.
Tested in FF, Opera, an ...

Project problems - please help
Mon, 4 Jun 2007 14:52:48 +0100
Hi there. I've lurked here for a while picking up tips on accessible website
design among other things.
However I've now done what I've seen people on this group suggest should
always be avoided. I've taken on a piece of work for which I lack the
necessary experience. A friend of my wife who has recently boug ...

looking for a recommendation for a webhost
Sun, 03 Jun 2007 08:04:00 -0000
Hi,
I was hoping someone could recommend a web host.
I need php (4 or 5 doesn't matter), mysql and around 1gig in storage.
I'd prefer a UK based host as my last two hosts have been US based and
I've been a bit soured by the experience but I'll give anyone a try.
Thanks in advance
