As per planned work we are re-loading a router that will affect ppp
sessions on 20CN broadband lines. This should be a few seconds but BT
often take several minutes to re-establish tunnels. We are aiming to do
this shortly after midnight.

ipv6 question

As ipv6 came up, I have a question that isn't about aaisp but seems
related :)
I have a dedicated server hosted on the internet but the hosting
company won't provide ipv6 connectivity to it. I'd like to offer ipv6
access to it.It is a debian linux server. Is there any way I can
achieve this at no / low cost? I ...

One of BT's 21CN RAS's appears to have a problem affecting a small
number of 21CN lines. BRAS-RED2.CF-C appears to be unable to connect.
We have reported to BT.

Strange VOIP problem

Hi all,
I've got this ongoing problem currently being looked at by James Beck in AA
Support. Phone suddenly stopped working. Configuration has been unchanged
since support remotely upgraded the firmware last year. Phone is a snom300

There was some sort of incident over night affecting 20CN lines only.
Sorry for the delay posting a status message. It has taken some time to
investigate.
Staff were paged in the night and were able to confirm customers had
reconnected.

I don't use A&A VOIP services, but since last Friday my perfectly good
working system has got progressively worse to being alsomt unsuable. I

We have set up a separate test router in the data centre and can now
have beta test customers using this. This allows us to test changes
