We are seeing problems on 21CN-BRAS-RED1-BS this is affecting lines in
the Bristol Area.
Bt are aware and are working on it now
Note: This is affecting other ISP's as well

We are having to move a cable in the rack that is being shut down today
and this may have an impact on DNS and access to some servers for a few

Whilst we do have some decrease in our costs for 21CN broadband lines
come January, we have had a rather sneaky cost increase imposed on us
from next month.
Rather cunningly this is not an announced price increase by BT, but a
more subtle ...

night:-
21CN-BRAS-RED2-L-NWS off at around 2am, back around 4am

It seems that BT have managed to make some significant progress on
congestion with 21CN.
Apparently they did not have full visibility of all of the SVLANs (the
back-haul links) and so were not fully aware of congested links. They ...

Well, this is a fun day.
BT are actually trying hard to work with us on some of the long
standing issues with faults. They have identified cases where faults
can get stuck in BT (primarily on 21CN) and should have a fix this
weekend!

As per planned work, we removed the test LNS at the weekend.
We expect to have a new test LNS set up on Wednesday.
We'll discuss in more detail on irc with those using test LNS.

We are upgrading DNS resolvers for Broadband use on Wednesday.
The IP addresses are not changing - do not panic!
The upgrade should be seamless. We have been using the new resolvers
