BT are actually doing something today, which is good. So far not good
but we are working with them this afternoon to get the link to them up
and running.

Upgrade on call server

We are upgrading some software on our main call server tomorrow
morning. This work should be completed before 9 am and should have a
minimal impact on calls, although some calls may drop while the work is
taking place.

Minor network configuration work

The load on the 'C' IMAP/POP3 server has increased somewhat over the
past few days, and is starting to casuse a few problems, such as
timouts.

some times we are upgrading our core L2Tp router (careless) early
Sunday morning. This will give us additional debug information which
will help us working with BT to track down the issue.
