[Planned] Switch reboot this weekend

We are planning to reboot some of the switches in one of the data
centres in London this weekend (Sunday). This may affect access to DNS
resolvers for around a minute.
This is all part of the work we are doing to relocate servers and close ...

This time it was us and all graph are lost. We're investigating the
cause now.
Lines coming back. 20CN and 21CN affected. Be lines were only off a few
seconds.

Something major happened and dropped a lot of lines.
That appears to only have affected 20CN lines. Lines are coming back
now. be lines were unaffected.
We are trying to find the exact cause. We had made a very minor change

We have identified the cause of the issue Wednesday night and have a
fix that is in testing now.
We'll be moving lines between LNS's this weekend to deploy the new

Apologies, but no graphs for Wednesday. In fact most graphs start
around 1am Thursday.

No graphs for many days?

I haven't seen a working graph since Monday.
Using a Sky backup right now as AAISP line is down for the last 15 mins
or so - so something not affecting other ISPs at the exchange. Not DNS,
I use a local resolver.

I thought the problem of being given crappy ip numbers had been solved? I
got 172.16.80.14 this evening.
I've stuck 217.169.19.12 into the router now and hope that doesn't cause
any problems.

Customers will note that we now have new DNS resolvers. They are
directly connected to the LNSs so have fewer hops, and they are running
unbound on one and bind on the other to allow some diversity for
