BT have been busy over night and L-WAT connected 21CN lines have gone
off and on around 1am.
BT think this may have addressed the congestion. We'll see tonight.[IMAGE]

The new DNS servers are being... well.... odd.
We have taken them out of service, and thought we found the issue and
put back, and taken out again, and generally scratching our heads on
this one. They are being taken out of service again.

How do I avoid nightmare mode

My adsl went down. The router status mode alternated between ADSL_G and
error. After 50 minutes I rebouted the router and everything became OK.
For me, this is nightmare mode; 50 minutes seems long enough to wait
to see if the problem is going to be sorted out from outside. What

There seem to have been issues with Be lines today.
There have been some brief blips on some lines.
A small number of lines have also gained 100ms latency suddenly.

As planned we have upgraded the LNS. Everyone was switched to "B" on
Friday night and back to "A" this morning. Seems like a few sessions
get stuck in BT still so clearly they have not fixed the RADIUS issues.

We have seen several problems on the ESR2-EALING5 BRAS today, this
morning and this afternoon.
BT did raise and close an MSO this morning but as we have seen further
problems we will be chasing BT up again.
