The L-WAT packet loss issue seems to be fixed, but BT are still
investigating as they are puzzled by the fix... I'm sure they will get
to the bottom of the issue soon. Thank you for your patience. Well done

All BT 21CN lines on 21CN-BRAS-RED2-SL just went off.
Once again, to stress, this is not specific to us. It is all ISPs using
BT 21CN.
We're chasing with BT.

Customers on L-WAT 21CN BRASs (which is a lot of people in London) have
had some packet loss in the evenings for the last few days.
Its not us! We have seen this sort of thing before and it usually means
some congested back-haul ...

We have seen a couple of IPv6 issues which we are investigating.
1. Tunnelled IPv6 on multiple line bonded sets is not working on more
than one line resulting in packet loss. We have identified the cause
and this will be fixed at ...

All BT 20CN lines on READING BRASs have just gone off line.
It looks like somehow 20CN lines of Reading are dependent on the 21CN
Slough metro node and both failed at the same time.

Remote control switch

Hi,
On the subject of needing to reboot ones router.... can anyone recommend
a suitable remote control switch that could power-cycle it? I can't seem
to find anything except electronics kits.
Telephone operated, DTMF I guess. Thinking about it, it doesn't even
need to be a mains output since I could interru ...

Still seeing loss. This is over a week now. BT see the problem too and
thought they had found the cause but it seems not.
Affected lines will see a fault report go on the lines later this
evening we expect.
