Today (Monday 27 August), due to staff being on holiday and others
being off sick, we have a low number of support staff available.
We will do our best to answer telephone calls and email, but you may
well find longer than usual delays in us answering them.

Some time ago I stumbled across an AAISP webpage that showed my "Last
Synch" time (amongst other things).
Can someone give me the route I'd have to take to get back to that
point, starting from, say, https://clueless.aaisp.net.uk/main.cgi
I've tried to follow every link on every page, so maybe it falls into ...

Is incoming email being accepted?
Will any be lost? i.e. is it stuck in a queue, or are you hoping that other
mail servers are able to keep retrying for a number of hours?

Once again major storms around the country.
As usual, some lines can be affected by storms and we are seeing an
increase in lines reconnecting over the last hour.[IMAGE]

We would like to thank everyone that helped out with the IPStream
Connect (IPSC) trial. The trial is now over and you should be using
your normal login now.
This does mean, as per planned work, we are now expecting to move all
20CN broadband services over to IPSC next m ...

Looks like all of BT 21CN Slough BRAS's just reset.
Checking with BT.
Update: Lines back now - looks like a BRAS crash or link failure of
some sort.
Just goes to show that our LNS's are clearly "industry standard" in
terms of reliability :-)

We have just seen an issue with a 21CN LNS which resulted in a brief
disconnection, and reconnection of, a number of 21CN lines.
Of course, as per the stability guarantee we will be crediting 1GB peak
usage to those affected.

Cold called by BT

As you'll know if you come here often, BT failed to find the fault on my
ADSL, despite taking 4 months, during which the failures occurred up to
40 times per day. I migrated to AAISP and it was fixed in two weeks.
I was just cold called by BT to ask me if I'd like to migrate to BT...

Customers on 21CN may have noticed that there is some times a red dot
at the bottom of the graph now. This is a new feature.

Some customers have reported that email access is not working correctly
and this is being investigated now. This looks unrelated to maintenance
