We have identified that one of BTs BRASs has had issues last week, and
particularly on Friday during the day.
The problem seems to be there to some extent today, but a much lower
level, but it may be worse during the day.

There has been a problem over a part of the weekend with some changes
made from the control pages. This would mainly affect changes to
mailboxes, and some domain DNS settings.

two minutes. This was about 20 minutes ago. I'm still waiting for the
subsequent page from https://clueless.aaisp.net.uk/
Other net activity seems slightly sluggish, but acceptable.

Alias Issue

A new alias I created is being rejected (it is created OK but is giving
mail delivery failures).
Can someone please test this so I know it is just my account or not.

Slowdown after 21CN upgrade

I was getting 6M + on 20CN, modem often syning at 7.5 - 8.
On 10 June WBC rate gave 8Mb
On 24 June WBC dropped to 6 Mb
I was upgraded to 21CN yesterday at 00:23
At 00:47 it was 6Mb
Since then it has steadily dropped and is now at 3.5Mb :-(
Why is the same service - plain ADSL2 - *worse* on 21CN than 20CN?

We're going to clear lines from the "A" LNS to "B" LNS over night
tonight anyway as today's issues have left them mixed up. And then
upgrade s/w Saturday night (moving back to "A").

many weeks back I saw latency on Home2000 line jump from 20ms to 35ms
along with general (relative) lack of responsiveness.
Support said there was no issue with my line that they could address.
Couple of days ago I posted that latency had dropped back to < 20ms ...

We have updated the control pages, and there will be more changes over
the weekend.
At present the changes affect logins that have many lines/logins to
view.
We will be updating the single line/login views too shortly.
