Lost Connection - Text From AAISP

I lost my Internet connection briefly this morning. While I was scratching
my head wondering what to do a text arrived from AAISP telling me my line
was down.
Is that part of the normal service? I have to say it was fantastic, I knew
there was a problem, I knew AAISP were aware of it so I just waited for

Ethernet "Cable unplugged"

I'm getting a few "Cable unplugged" warnings each day, and you (at
least, the AAISP people) can see the purple spikes in my graph (A10212A,
01420 563397). When I rush out to look at the router the lights are
behaving as if it had been just been powered off/on.

Some lines appear to need a reconnect (e.g. power cycle) this morning
to come back on line. This is an issue we are looking in to with BT as
routers should reconnect by themselves.

Line dropped and did not come back

Last night at 02:26:39 the PPP session dropped and when it
re-established at 02:27:02 it was given an IP address of 0.0.0.0. A
simple power cycle this morning brought it back. According to the status

We will be removing the usage stats for today as there is an issue. The
Milton Keynes issue has resulted in some interesting stats. We expect
to load new s/w tomorrow night as well to resolve this.[IMAGE]

We have an issue where some graphs are coming up purple and showing
usage and something is mixed up. We think we have a fix for this in the
pipe-line but may have to change to the other LNS rather more urgently
than we expected and update s ...

21CN Disconnections

I was 'upgraded' to 21CN earlier this month shortly after my exchange
(Woking) was enabled.
For 5 years my connection has been rock solid, I used to see
disconnections maybe once a week. Since the 21CN upgrade I am getting
disconnects continuously, 38 in the past 4 days. Is this to be

My broadband connection came to life this morning, as I had entered the
details in my 2 Wire modem as soon as I got them from AAISP it literally
just worked, 24 hours early as well :-) It's a tad faster than anticipated

BT are planning another card change just after midnight tonight to try
and fix the ongoing issue with the L-WAT BRAS. This will mean a few
