For the last couple days, whenever I've tried to access this group via the
NNTP server as above, I get the error message "Unable to connect to the
server". No specific error message.
Something going on? I'm accessing the group via a different NNTP server at
the moment.

BT have confirmed that they actually have a policy of ignoring any
comments, questions and updates we post to them on faults for broadband
lines!

We normally plan LNS updates at the weekend, but this week we had to do
this sooner as the latest BT fun in Milton Keynes revealed a bug in
logging that causes usage stats to be messed up. Thankfully this was a
not fatal bug and we cleared ...
