We'll be making some changes on Wednesday regarding the DNS servers
that customers use. The work involves enabling a second set of DNS
servers that will be used by broadband customers.

Please be aware that at 16:59:03 we have detected that all lines
on 20CN-BRAS-ESR16-BIRMINGHAM6 went off line at the same time.
This is a general BT issue and looks like a BRAS restart
