Domain Resolution Error

Hi
I have problems resolving:
www.foxconnsupport.com
I can ping it initially and it resolves to:
192.217.196.14
Then after I have pinged it a few times (or visited the website) I can
no longer resolve it.
I am able to ping it by IP address and get a reply but not by host name.
Rebooting the router or ...

As per planned work we are replacing a network switch in THN tomorrow
(Sunday).
Impact: 5 to 10 seconds loss of internet access, probably twice during
the day
