All lines on MR-DH BRASs are showing packet loss.
Thsi is a general BT issue, so will be affecting other ISPs.
BT have been advised.

New Email Alias Broken - AGAIN!

Sign up to a site using it.
No authorisation email because your server us screwed again.
This is the third time this has happened in recent weeks.
It seems every time I need to create a new email alias it does not work
and it has been broke more often than not.

Hotmail are not liking our outgoing email servers, and are bouncing
email we try to send to them (even though we do lots of phishing/spam
checking on outgoing mail).

There are some interesting new features that we are adding. However,

BE lines no longer have a 6 month minimum term.
BE lines are now 99p to migrate to us (from BE or BT or LLU).
