My exchange was upgraded to 21CN at the start of August since when I
have just had bad speed problems.
On ADSL1, I used to connect at 3,200 - 3,400kbps with a bras of
2.5-3.0M. Not great but better than some people here in Milton Keynes. I
hoped for a small increase after 21CN - maybe to 3.5M. Huh!!

Forced to 15 dB DLM profile after Wednesday MQD outage

DLM profile in the wake of Wednesday's five-hour problem at the MQD

We are seeing problems on the BIRMINGHAM RAS affecting 20CN customers.
We are chasing BT now but looks like lines are coming back up.

There was a brief problem with our call server, which resulted in calls
being dropped a few minutes ago.
After a restart, the problem has been cleared.

We have added new features to the control pages.
For all lines there is now an MTU1492 option which causes our end to
operate on an MTU of 1492. This is relevant when you have a Be and a BT
