We were shocked to learn that BT had a "single box design" for WMBC
links to us, where by they have, in each metro node, only one (albeit
very large) router. The consequence is that planned maintenance causes
3 to 4 hour outages for custome ...

We will be upgrading RoundCube webmail over the next day or two. We
will also be moving it on to a different server.
User settings (eg address books) will be transferred over. Once

A large proportion of our customers on both the 21CN-BRAS-RED3-L-WAT
and 21CN-BRAS-RED1-L-WAT RAS have been down since 3am.
Connections have been very intermittent, with lines able to log in
occasionally for short periods of time.

We had the rare case this week where we had a number of faults to
report which were identical. This is lines stuck with a PPP session
terminated on the RAS after issues on Sunday. Incidentally we have the
same today after Milton Keynes issu ...

There may be some stuck on the RAS again - try reconnecting your router
We are talking to BT
Note we do have a trial of BE connected lines ...

I'd like to have ping graphs for some unattended sites that do not benefit
from AAISP lines. I don't need great detail - I'm just after historical
evidence of any total loss of connectivity. Can anyone suggest any Windows
tools for me to run or third party services that will ping to my hosts. If
it's a service ...

on few occasions when able to get logged in (so slow the client claimed

Our primary LNS has just crashed twice, and recovered, though as is so
ofthe the case some lines are taking a while to come back online.
Please try rebooting your router if you have PPP up but no
connectivity.
The cause is being investig ...
