(SOR) for making formal requests to BT to provide some service or
variation to a service.

We have been working on the LNS issues Thu/Fri during the weekend.
Whilst we cannot reproduce it, we have almost completed work on a
work-around for the possible causes. We were hoping to test today.

made. I have moved the LAN IP address of the router from 192.168.1.1. to
192.168.1.254 (to make it look the same as Thomson it will be replacing)

We are working on a work-around for issues seen last week. This is a
complex area and is requiring a lot of careful testing. We cannot
reproduce the original problem which makes it much harder.
I do not know if we will have new code today ...
