BE Trial with Cisco router?
Thu, 17 Sep 2009 09:17:30 +0100

We have a BE Retail line which works perfectly with Cisco 877 but the
same router on AA/BE line doesn't work at all, I think the dsl/pppoe
part of the connection is working ok but the dialer interface fails to
authenticate, if I switch on ppp debug I can see ...

Update #0: 2009-09-17 07:48 BST
We had another blip at 18:59 affecting a lot of lines on one BRAS. This
has been a recurring issue. The good news is this time it only lasted
25 minutes as BT proactively spotted the issue (before we did). They
are still working on a solutio ...

Update #0: 2009-09-17 04:49 BST
The RADIUS changes BT made look promising, but we are seeing a few
stuck sessions. It may be that the changes have just moved the problem
a bit. We are not sure, and checking with BT.
Basically, if you get a stuck session - i.e. router is ...

Update #0: 2009-09-16 07:22 BST
One of the major issues plaguing us recently is BT taking a long time
to reconnect lines.
BT have been investigating ways to solve this, and appear to have come
up with a work-around that stops this problem. Basically, for some
reason, th ...

Another Be question

Another Be question:
I'm assuming that the Be that A&A are talking about is the Be at
www.bethere.co.uk (if this is wrong, the rest of this is probably
nonsense).
We have five 21CN lines, bonded by firebrick, reporting BRAS of 8, 6,
and 3 at 5.5. (As an aside, uplink looks jolly screwy, two report an
