IMAP mailboxes have been reinitialised?

Our mailboxes have all been rewritten to contain a number of "Welcome to
your mailbox", "About the spam folder" etc messages, but all of our
current and historical mail, and the folders it was structured into,
have disappeared.
Also one the webmail interfaces (Squirrelmail) now says:

The contents of my IMAP mailbox seem to have completely disappeared
overnight, and all I've got in my inbox is a whole bunch of "About the
[learnspam|learnham|spam] folder" and "Welcome to your new Mailbox"
messages.

Did you know that if you are running the latest version of AVG - that program
that was once a good virus checker - every time you do a Google search (and
possibly any other search engine), AVG loads and scans EVERY link in your
search results?
That's right! You end up paying for bandwidth as if you had clicke ...

We currently accept payment for both goods and ongoing services by
credit or debit card.
Now that we handle Direct Debits, and now that the UK banking industry
have just launched Faster Payments we are planning to phase out credit
and debit cards acceptance at some ...

A small number of customers that have VAT inclusive billing and have
charges for calls/texts this month would have received an invoice that
showed the VAT inclusive total for calls and texts and then added VAT
again.
