Customer usage stats do not look right at present - we are
investigating.
We don't think the billing is wrong, but we are also checking that too.
We'll update shortly with details, and amend direct debits if billing
| is wrong at.

Todays usage calculations - Complete screwup!!

I have just received a text message and exmail saying that my usage is
in need of checking. So I logged in to the account and checked.
I think the A&A abacus is broken, or prossibly being used upside down.
The maths just don't work. Anyone else noticed this?
Here is what I see... Even the monthly allowance ...

[Planned] VoIP routing change

Tomorrow morning, at 9:00, one of our upstream VoIP carriers will start
routing calls to us through a different route in their network.
This has already been tested, and shown to work, so should not have any

There are quite a few lines on the 21CN-BRAS-RED2-MR-DH BRAS that are
currently seeing issues with PPP disconnections. BT are aware of this
and should be fixed shortly.
This issue will be affecting other ISP's as well as us.[IMA ...

Some more info and updates:
A Global Crossing fibre issue has taken down eight 10Gb links on the
O2/BE broadband core.
This has been confirmed as a fibre break in the Leeds Huddersfield
area. Engineers are currently on site re-splicing.

Further tests have been done on this in the Bracknell area and BT have
gone away to investigate further (again)

Just an update as this is still ongoing and we're still working with BT
on this one. BT are still working on some tests to
measure what is happening with latency and throughput on lines.

We are aware of problems with intermittent loss of PPP in the
Wolverhampton area (again) the BRAS is 21CN-BRAS-RED3-WV
We are chasing BT
