We are still working with BT on congestion issues hitting places like
Bracknell where as soon as you try and download anything the latency
goes up and throughput slows.

We are aware of problems on the 21CN-BRAS-RED2-L-FAR BRAS. Bt are
investigating and service should be restored shortly.

This work was not carried out this morning unfortunately.
As the change should not have any affect on services it is now due for
14:45 today.

Our RADIUS system tracks the usage on lines every hour and records this
for usage metering that is ultimately used for billing.
The system detects of something has somehow gone wrong whereby the
usage stats do not relate to a known session ...

ADSL connections have just dropped - we're investigating. Lines are
logging back in again though, but it may take a few minutes for all
lines to get back online.
Update: We can confirm this appears to be an issue with our RADIUS ...

A lot of lines went off at 11:00 and came back. Some have taken a few
minutes to come back.
This looks like some issue with RADIUS again, and may be related to the
usage billing issue this morning if it is a database issue, which could
be ...
