This morning I found my connection in the 'allocated IP address 0.0.0.0'
state and the router logs showed this happened at 01:56 this
morning. Has the BT problem with not reconnecting CN20 lines not been
fixed yet? ...

The congestion issues we have been chasing on 21CN are getting worse
and worse now.
We are continuing to work closely with BT technical staff to help them
diagnose and resolve this. Tests already done indicate this is not

I was just looking up thinkbroadband's list of ISPs for someone on a forum, and
was pleased to see that AAISP gets the best user rating. I had to warn, though,
that even though the advertised service if 20 meg it is unlikely they will get
