Outgoing Mail - Refurbishment Update

We recently finished refurbishment work on our outgoing email servers,
and also added a new server to the pool.
We now have 3 outgoing email servers that make up 'smtp.aaisp.net.uk'

As per planned work, we have changed the authorative name servers over
new machines in new locations.
The old servers are still present and still serving DNS records and
will continue to do so for several days.

Incoming Mail - C Server Update

Following the migration of email accounts on the C server on 26th April
we've now added further servers. The "C Server" is actually many
physical machines, currently 13.
There are now 5 servers handling incoming SMTP connections, 3 of these
are also used for POP3, IMAP ...

New fault reporting

Just an update on the new way we pass faults in to BT.
We have been using this for over a month now, and it is proving very
useful. We are constantly fine tuning our systems, and adding more
automated "retests" to the system so that we can test and return faults
to BT 2 ...

Database problem on 'H.Hopeless' (email)

H.Hopeless - one of the incoming mail servers as part of the 'C'
server. It currently has a problem with it's database which we are
working on.
This server is used for SMTP, POP3 and IMAP. We've updated DNS so that
customers who use this server for their email will use ...
