We are planning to make a change to the billing for usage based
broadband from 1st Jan 2010.
The change is not directly one of price, but a change in the way usage
is accounted for. This in turn means some more usage and lower pr ...

Just curious. My 20CN sync speed has risen to 3136 kbits/sec, and
Clueless reports "BRAS profile adsl3000-b". But (using a Macbook with a
wired Ethernet connection) http://sod.ms/fast reports 1.98 Mbits/sec,
and speedtest.net gives similar numbers. Is something in the BT network
rate-limiting my line to 2 me ...
