We currently accept payment for both goods and ongoing services by
credit or debit card.
Now that we handle Direct Debits, and now that the UK banking industry
have just launched Faster Payments we are planning to phase out credit
and debit cards acceptance at some time ...

New fault reporting

Just an update on the new way we pass faults in to BT.
We have been using this for over a month now, and it is proving very
useful. We are constantly fine tuning our systems, and adding more
automated "retests" to the system so that we can test and return faults
to BT 2 ...

inc vat calls/texts bills this month

A small number of customers that have VAT inclusive billing and have
charges for calls/texts this month would have received an invoice that
showed the VAT inclusive total for calls and texts and then added VAT
again.

BT are expecting us to have the connection to us ready middle of next
week. We'll be the first ISP on the Dockands pop (Stepney Green).
We have several trialists with new lines ready, and more having lines
installed shortly.

XML invoices

Please note that the XML format invoices have changed slightly. If you
use a namespace aware parser then you will not see any change. The
effect is that all xmlns definitions are at the top level and the
prefixes are allocated on the fly. You need to either use a namespace ...
