21CN-BRAS-RED3-L-WAT are flapping.

I know this is a bit of a longshot, but has anyone out there
successfully used a JunOS device for connecting to their A&A service?

Looks like this issue should be sorted now, BT did some emergency
maintenance this morning which should have sorted it once and for all.

BRAS.
