C Incoming Email Server Move - 26-27 April

As previously talked about, the C email server will be moved on to the
new Storage Servers. This will happen on Saturday 26th late evening and
may run into Sunday early morning.

Authorative name server updates

We are upgrading both authorative name servers over the next week.
This will involve new authorative name servers being set up and run in
parallel. These are being set up this weekend.

Upgrade to clueless

We are planning to upgrade (replace) clueless this week at some point.
Clueless is the main database server for customer configuration used as
the master for DNS, RADIUS, telephony, everything!
The replacement has more disk and RAM and CPU.

Inbound SMS handling improvements

All of our inbound text services now handle multi-part text messages
(i.e. those longer than the normal 160 characters). These are
reassembled by our end and processed as one long text.
This makes the text to email gateway on 01444666888 much more useful.
