Delivery issues to AOL ?

Is anyone else having problems getting mail to AOL at the moment ?
I've just had this back from c.painless, looks like a temporary
blacklisting:

We are still trying to sort a network issue affecting 21CN services. We
have clear evidence of some sort of network storm on the LAN in
Telehouse. We have been unable to identify the source. We suspect a
switch issue, we are planning to replace switches with some shiny new ...

We have seen a number of lines drop and reconnect on Birmingham BRAS
for 21CN again. Seems like there are still some problems there. We'll

Once again, people viewing tennis on-line is pushing bandwidth
massively over normal levels.
Just to explain - at present BT operate with a pre-set level, which we
increase gradually over time as we move customers to 21CN or usage
increases - leaving some headroom.

Thanks to those that are testing the new LNS code on a.armless, the
test LNS.
Obviously the test LNS is subject to reloads from time to time which we
usually mention on irc. On some occasions we may put test logins back

about 21cn problems, questions or concerns as an alternative to

As per the published stability guarantee we have added a 1GB topup to
all logins affected by the issue at 09:05:20 today. We are very keen
