ULM problems again

Is anyone else having problems posting to ulm? I have posted five
messages in the last week, most recently one in the thread "Criminal
damage/rights of way" at 16.46 yesterday. None of them have appeared
either in the group or in the "rejected posts" list.

I accept that
I just don't get why it was rejected.

Just a heads up.
It is 12h52 BST here and http://moderation.org.uk/ doesn't seem to be
responding from a demon adsl account.
traceroute and ping look ok so I am guessing the site itself is down; I
think this also means the mods aren't seeing anything to work with.
