Proposed 3rd : RFD for uk.rec.cycling.moderated

There are extremely important issues regarding what can and cannot be
said in a sig which have not been discussed - despite the fact that I
have raised the matter a number of times.
I intentionally gave examples of sigs which I "cycle" and asked
whether such would be permitted - these questions were conveni ...

Crown Prosecution Service to take a stronger line dealing with drivers
involved in cyclit's deaths. So far this year 7 cyclists have been
