Which PVR+EPG soft for old PC/Win98 ?

What would be the best PVR software with EPG that works on Win98se or
even a lighter and faster OS?
This for making a PVR from an old computer (Celeron 1.3Mhz /128MB)
If not with a MSI TV@Anywhere tuner-card that I already have, then

Does any one know about the Technomate 9100 ?
Until recently I've had a Humax 9200, which other then I couldn't add
functionality to (scripts to automatically setup recording schedule
mainly), I was happy with.

forever for EPG loading and not too noisy a fan.

Humax (best seller) or Topfield (most versatile?)
Tivo (1 tuner and out of production )is surely not a contender as I think
