IS IT POSIBLE TO GET THESE BOXES SET UP TO RECEIVE ALL THE CHANNELS,
WITHOUT
SKY KNOWING? DOES THE BOX HAVE TO BE RE-CODED OR ALTERED OR THE
VIEWING CARD ALTERED? PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE I START TO HUNT DOWN AN

Sky or TV Problem?

We have a Sky HD box and Panasonic TV (TH-42PX70B). Also Denon receiver.
Recently had a few problems:
Every so often get a slight break in the sound. Only noticed it watching
Sky as that is what we watch 99% of the time.
Yesterday, the screen split into 2 with the top few inches of the screen now

I have a Samsung LE40M87BDX LCD. It suffers from the known and common scart
interference issue on EXT2 and slightly on EXT1.
Is there a fix for this yet?
I connect my Sky+ box through EXT1 (RGB) and in dark solid scenes you can
see very faint scrolling horizontal lines. EXT2 is un-watchable.

Operation of Sky HD - Recording Around News / Requests For PIN

I have a couple of issues with Sky HD.
I tried to record a programme tonight that looks as if it was interrupted
by a 5 minute news update. I got the first hour but it didn't get the bit
after the news, is that normal? If so then I guess I need to do a manual
record for that sort of thing.

I've decided to upgrade to sky + but not fancying some thug from sky to do
the job I'll do it myself. I have a sky dish installed already so I guess I
just need to swap the single lnb for a quad ?
Run some (cable?double type god knows whats thats called ?) to the sky + box
