I keep reading on digital spy that freesat will be being charged at ¡ê7.99 a
month from sky this year.
Is there any truth to this rumour ?
Is this even possible say if you didn't even have a card in the box you
could still get the main channels :)

Whats is the best cable I can use for a single LNB dish setup for sky ?

I am a few reception problems and the engineer who came out said the dish is
aligned properly but as there is a 6 meter distance from dish to box he said
that might cause a weaker signal ? ...

Hi,
I have a bit of a strange setup not so strange just that I have about 6
meters of cable from the dish to my box and was wondering would this length
cause poor reception ?
The sky installer said it was the only way it could be wires up.

These sharks have managed to con my elderly mother out of 18mths of
maintenance payments by passing themselves off as SKY. I still don't know

How much is the going going rate for a standard sky dish install, just
the dish, cable alignment. ?
I ask as I know a few in here as installers, before I start beating the
bushes I thought I ask whats the benchmark. My friend said for something
this simple should be around ¡ê50
