Sky+ new contract

So we cancelled Sky 30 days ago almost because they couldn't offer us Sky+
for ¡ê49 or for FREE.
We will now be signing up to Sky again as a new customer? so will we be
eligible for any Sky+ offers?

How long did it take for Sky to drop the ¡ê10 for Sky+?
I guess there will be a similar timescale before the HD addition is
dropped.

Sky HD Test card

I understood that the SkyHD test card might be available on channel
268 after closedown but it seems not to be so, and that it might
appear on Anytime. No such luck it seems....does anyone know if it is
available?
