Changing channel problem

Hi,
When I change channels (normally between 361 & 362), my remote
also changes the channel on my tv.
My TV is a Pacific STT 2021.
Anyone come across this problem before? If so, how did you solve it?

Firstly sky anywhere. I have the software on my pc, but it wants to download
an update. But it can'y, says install failed. I've tried to uninstall it,

Channel 4+1 fails

The only channell to fail, wierd one this
screen reports "no satellite signal" but every othre channel is fine,
Done a reboot, still happens
Any ideas FOAK ?

Sky / US Writers strike

I am missing my regular diet of new US drama.
Now it looks like series will be suspended until autumn at the earliest.
Every channel on my basic 22 quid subscription seems to be showing repeats.
Has anyone asked sky to suspend their subscription or do I have to cancel?

Channel 5 Subtitles

When I record or live pause channel 5 I lose the subtitles.
They are ok otherwise.
I've tried resetting the box a few times but this hasn't helped.
All other channels are ok except E4s are out of synch sometimes.
Any ideas

Help required with resetting Sky+ remote for new TV

I've just bought a Panasonic TV model number TX-37LZD70 hooked it up to the
Sky+ system. It works great apart from now not being able to adjust the TV
sound volume using the Sky remote.
I've followed the instructions on the Sky site but have no joy in getting
the red light to flash twice etc or enter the TV ...
