Sky+HD glitch

Overnight I copied a recording from my HD box to a DVD/HDD recorder
using the Copy command. As you know touching any button would cancel
the copy but when I came down this morning I found the box was in a
paused state. I analysed the recording to see what happened.

Sky+ recording asking for PIN???

I recorder Final Destination 2 a few nights ago. When I went to watch it
yesterday a 'PIN protected' message came up asking me to enter my PIN. I've
got no idea what my PIN is and why is it asking? I tried looking at
Services>Parental Control and that's also PIN protected. The box is a
replacement for our old one ...

Sky+ HD lockup

I have a Sky HD box feeding into a Panasonic Plasma 37". Picture quality
has always been terrific on HD and pretty good on SD transmissions.

Horrible picture of SR channels from a HD box, suggestions?
