CE marking motors

My expert on CE marking says rocket motors dont need CE marking because they
are not end products. Whats the story with Aerotech then?

UKRA Stand at the London Model Engineering Exhibition January 2007

As some of you know for the last few years, with the help of UKRA
members and m.a.r.s., we have been running a stand to promote rocketry
and UKRA at the London Model Engineering Show. It is held at Alexandra
Palace from 19th to 21st January 2007.

Question about Altimeter Compartment - Holes and Placement

Hi. Could someone have a shot at answering this one for me please.
I'm building a min diameter rocket, 38mm. It has an altimeter
compartment that divides the rocket in two - dual recovery.
The compartment is long and thin. It will contain a PerfectFlite

I'm looking for a 14bit - 22bit a/d converter, that uses I2C bus, single 5v
supply internal reference and preferably in a PDIP package.. Does anyone
know of such a beastie for an experimental altimeter I want to build over
the winter layoff?
The higher the bit count, the better.. 17Bits will get me 9cm resolu ...

I am feeling a little bit thick tonight , when working out the thrust
too wieght ratio of 5:1, is the total wieght with the motor loaded in
the rocket or just the rocket without motor
