BP & Ignitors at high altitude

Does anyone have any info on the effects of high altitude (and the
levels of oxygen) on the use of BP and ignitors at high altitude?
How do burn rates change? Are ignitors as reliable?

bits and bobs to Big EARS.

Want to express enormous thanks to Andy Hugh for the childrena??s Rocket
Workshop he set up and ran at Big EARS. Brilliant idea! It facilitated
the making and flying of many rockets and created such a positive vibe
amongst our next generation of rocketeers. This on-site inspiration
multiplied ten-fold my 8 yr olda ...
