Ping John Rumm: Terry meter supplier     Tue, 27 May 2008 22:36:11 +0100
John, You recently posted a mini-review of this meter. http://www.swires.com/pdf/Terry2DS.pdf Where did you get it? The only UK supplier seems to be alltrade, and their website is rather un-inviting, requiring you to create a trade account, wanting to know how many vans your installation business runs, e ...

Freesat and Comag receiver     Tue, 27 May 2008 20:59:50 +0100
Hi, I have an 18 month old Comag digital satellite receiver. I set it up using an old Sky dish (with new LNB) pointing to Astra 2 (28 East?). Except for the EPG can I receive the Freesat channels being promoted right now (not HD of course :-) )? All I seem to get right now is a load of regional BBCs and ITV ...

BBC and ITV Regions     Tue, 27 May 2008 10:21:28 +0100
We live in High Wycombe. We have Virgin TV - but have also used analog and also tried Freeview. With Virgin we get BBC South (from Southampton) and Meridian as our standard regions. Neither of which appear ever to cover anything in this area. However, if we tune to London (which is what we would get receiv ...
