Why Would BBC1&2 Become Unavail on Freeview?

I have a Humax 8100T which since about 2 months ago shows
a blank screen on BBC1 and 2.
The transmitter is Rowridge and I am on the edge of the
receiving area - BA12 6DG.
It hasn't affected all channels; Sky News, Channel 5,
Dave, TFM, Film 4 are all not too bad.

OK - so I got the co-axial to F type connector and reception on Rado 3 is
worse than with the 18 in single wire aerial supplied. So I tried it without
any aerial at all - even better!!!

Virgin 1 (on sky freesat)

Whats the chances of Virgin 1 becoming free to view on sky freesat .
It seems a bit silly that you can watch V1 on freeview (after 6pm) but
the channel is encrypted on sky freesat .
Yeah sure no doubt its contract thingy - but its still a silly situation
that you can watch a channel on one platform but not a ...

From reading some stuff here and also in recent ads for new TVs I see that
the only way to get a "true cinema experience" is to have a 24fps capable
TV. I don't think my Sony Bravia 2000 series has this, if only because it
is a boasted feature on the 4000 series. So what will be the "less than

broadcast in 4:3 on sat. One of the most popular in my household being
