BBC1 Lunchtime news & weather 4/2/08 - Lip Sync

Watching the BBC1 lunchtime news today via terrestrial digital (IDTV), the
vision was slightly ahead of the sound and didn't correct itself when I
changed channel and back again which usually cures that sort of problem.
Switched over to analogue (BBC1 NE/Cumbria) and it was still out of sync as
it was on BBC Scotl ...

for the BBCi seminar, but didn't go because of the queue (I'd been to a
different one immediately beforehand).

Digital Sound Quality

There is an annoying low level pulsed (~2/sec) sound on all freeview
channels from my free-to air set top box, it's absent on the sat box. Any
ideas as to whether it might be the cheap Logik box supplied by the
changeover team.
