CSS when many competitors fail to resume play

In a medal round, play was interrupted by lightning accompanied by a heavy
shower of rain.
The Committee suspended play but on resumption about 20% of the field chose
not to resume play and submitted "no returns". Consequently they were
disqualified for failing to complete the round.

Cabrera's fitness routine and approach to the game is most impressive.
I was getting a bit worried that I would have to stop gagging on the
occasional stogie, eschew my Full English Breakfast and get myself off

Pretty new to this golf thing, never touched a club until 18 months
ago, goofed around at the range for 12 months and have been playing on

Here is a player who, personally, I have never heard of before who plays two
rounds with an average of 25.5 (28 and 23)putts per round on those greens and
yet doesn't make the cut. Thats 17 putts better than Monty!
