According to cricinfo Giles Clarke (ECB chairman) wants the county
championship split into three divisions (which I would support) in
order to make room for more 20-20 (which I would not support - there
is enough of that already), but the really bizarre thing is that he

Well played young Scott Borthwick last night - in a game where the
rest of his team's bowlers went at over 8-an-over (Shaun Pollock
included) he picked up 3-23 from his 4 overs on his debut for Durham
at the age of 18.
Seemed to have plenty of flight (and dip) and a good enough length to
