ECB had warned Yorkshire?

So Yorkshire are supposed to have been warned by the ECB about Azeem
Rafiq registration way back in June 2007. So why did it take the ECB
from Friday 27th June to Monday 7th July to act over his
ineligibility?
How many other 15/16 year olds do the the ECB warn about their
registration's for first class cricket? ...

I think it should be limited to post 1950. I could kick off with Gary Sobers
and Bobby Simpson (slips), Colin Bland, Jonty Rhodes (cover, midwicket).
Derek Randall was quite useful and of course David Gower in his youth but I
