I'm using NTL(TescoNet) to get MLB.com TV with nothing to mar my
enjoyment. Well, there are those outages, quite often. Sudden drops in
bandwidth sometimes to as low as 150 for very short periods, about
once a game. There is also drops for longer periods to about 402 not
