So we find that acting on untested claims by some jewish board that it could decide truth or not.

The vilification law appears to make it quite clear that it acts on
information that is untrue. So would seem imperative to establish that at
least the material on which the court order is based is true. Not the court
bet whoever is bringing the matter before the court.
